About The Little Gems Photography experience is designed to obtain a collection of portraits and fun candid shots to document this time in your life. Sessions are scheduled with enough time to really focus on you, your child or children and to come away with a wonderful variety perfect for keepsake albums, printed coffee table books, and wall collections.Annette is the owner and photographer of Little Gems Photography. She is the mother of 5. She loves children and prides herself on making the kids love her back and relax for the best shots possible. She is very candid, expressive, goofy and her personality shines through during the portrait session. Annette always tries to make the photo session as fun and relaxed as possible so she can get the best "true to life" pictures. Annette waits until the relaxed laugh happens and captures the moment just right (hopefully!). During the photo session, Annette will do some formal posed positions and then take the time to play and laugh so she can capture the relationships between the subjects in the photos.Annette believes that photos are a treasure. She began studying photography in High School where she won awards for her work. She also lettered in Photography. It has been a hobby her whole life, and she wanted to share her love of photography with others. Annette is a preschool owner also, and she decided to take her own school pictures, which helped her photography business grow. She loves graphic design and loves to create creative collages, announcements, cards, and invitations for her customers. ~Family/Relationship Session The custom family session will focus on your family group as well as each person individually. This session can include your entire family or just your children. The session fee covers up to 7 family members. -Online proofing gallery~Large Group/ Family Reunion SessionIf you are having a family reunion, count me in!! This session includes up to 50 people. (if you have more, call for a quote) -Includes the large family session and individual family sessions. 1 location. -Online proofing gallery
~Newborn, Infant , Child or Maternity Session -This session focuses on your cute tummy, your newborn, your baby, or your child.(Because of the intensive nature of the newborn sessions, they can include parents and siblings with the baby but the focus will always be on the newborn. Sessions usually last about 45 minutes of play, and includes outfit changes.)-Announcement Card Design-Online GalleryPlease Note: Annette does her best to fit newborns into her schedule as soon as possible after they are born. The sweetest and most precious newborn photos are of curling, sleeping newborns. During the first two weeks after your baby's birth, they will usually retain some of the natural curl from before they were born. Newly born babies are also usually more sleepy and pliable for the most desired poses. For these reasons, please call to book your newborn session as early as possible. It is best to secure your session prior to your baby's birth. This ensures that Annette can fit your baby into her schedule as soon after the birth as possible.~Maternity and Newborn Session Combined -The maternity newborn package includes two portrait sessions; your maternity session (scheduled during the last trimester of pregnancy) as well as your newborn session (scheduled before your new baby is 10 days old). Maternity sessions generally last up to an hour and may include your spouse/partner and children. The newborn session is quite extensive, often lasting 1 1/2 hours to allow plenty of time for eating, changing, and cuddling between photographs. -Announcement Card Design -Online Gallery~Keep Them Little Baby Plan The first year of your baby's life will bring wonderful growth and changes that you will want to remember and treasure forever. What better way than with the Keep Them Little Baby Plan. This plan covers Four sessions typically at four of the following stages: newborn, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months old. This package will help you save on session fees. As a member of the baby plan you will receive a 10x20 storyboard (value : $80) after your baby's one year session. The storyboard will document each age and will be a bevel mounted board. Add $40 for canvas mounted storyboard.-Announcement Card Design -Online Gallery
~High School Senior Portrait Session -This session is very intense and a lot of fun... focusing on the personality of the High School Senior. Well, there is a HUGE difference between the professional printing labs that are only available to professional photographers and, let's say, Costco or Walmart. HUGE! Portrait Services provided by Little Gems Photography:Session Packages:- 1- 1 1/2 hours of photographic coverage.*-High Quality Professional Prints (sizes and amounts vary depending on session package purchased)Options:-Prints You can order prints through us from a high quality printing service with many creative options available, please see the print pricing page for additional information.-DVD of images- purchased seperately and may only be used for personal purposes.Prices may change with out notice.*wedding packages vary hoursTERMS & CONDITIONSYour kind cooperation is requested in adhering to the following:SECURITY DEPOSITS: Minimum deposit of $50 is required as a retainer at the time the portrait date is booked by the client. The remaining balance is due on the portrait date. Wedding Package payments are due one week prior to the wedding date. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours before the portrait date, the security deposit paid is non-refundable. It shall be liquidated damages to Little Gems Photography in the event of a breach of contract by CLIENT.COPYRIGHTS: Until final payment for services rendered is made, the photographs produced by Little Gems Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Little Gems Photography's express written permission. Upon final payment by the CLIENT of the optional DVD copy, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the CLIENT under the following conditions:-The digital files are the property of CLIENT for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and giving of photographs to friends and relatives.-The Client must obtain written permission from and compensate Little Gems Photography prior to the CLIENT or its friends and relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit.EXHIBITION: CLIENT grants Little Gems Photography permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of Little Gems Photography work and for entrance into photographic competitions,display, and web galleries and releases all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT hereby grants to Little Gems Photography and its legal representatives and assigns, the unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the samewithout restriction; and to copyright the same. The CLIENT hereby releases Little Gems Photography and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, Little Gems Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package, or a reschedule. Little Gems Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Little Gems Photography's control, Little Gems Photographys liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.COVERAGE: Plan times must be used consecutively. Time starts when a Little Gems Photographer arrives and the time finishes when the coverage time runs out. The client may present Little Gems Photography with a list ofsuggested photos. While every effort will be made, Annette Belnap is unable to guarantee that those suggested photos, or any other specified image will be captured.DELIVERY: Prints and/ or DVD with digital images will be available for pick up at Little Gems Photography in approximately three weeks from the portrait date.After signing this contract (in the form to the right), click send and then come back here and pay the deposit by clicking on the pay pal button. By signing of this contract, (typed by you in the comments box) the photographer and the clients agree to all terms & conditions stated in said contract.
